Star rating

 Star ratings of the respective holiday apartments/houses and private rooms can be found on our internet page. These stars have a validity of three years. They are symbols of the quality of German lodgings and are the result of the adequate classification of the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA) or the German Tourism Association (DTV). Bidders without star rating have not participated to the voluntary classification program. No conclusion can be made on their equipment.

Classification for private rooms and apartments

The apartments and private rooms shown on the website have participated to a voluntary classification program following the criteria of the German Tourism Association (DTV). The total equipment of the rated accommodation can be described as follows:

F/P*: Simple and appropriate: Simple and appropriate total equipment of the object. Basic equipment available and in working condition.
F/P**: functional: Appropriate, good, maintained total equipment with middle comfort. Equipment is in a good state of preservation. Functionality is the center of attention.
F/P***: good & comfortable: Appropriate, good, maintained total equipment with middle comfort. Equipment is in a good state of preservation. Functionality is the center of attention.
F/P****: high-quality: Accommodation with top quality. High-quality total equipment with high comfort. Equipment in high and well-kept quality.
F/P*****: First-class: First-class total equipment with additional services and benefits.
